Individual Counseling

At Serenity Wellness Services, individual counseling is active, purposeful, and collaborative. You won't spend 50 minutes talking in circles and leave feeling exactly the same. Every session has a direction, and we move in it together.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, and Yoga — not because I apply every tool to every person, but because I meet you where you are and use what will actually help you. Your therapy is built around you, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

What you can count on, every single session:

Insight that actually shifts something — not just a reframe of what you already said, but a new way of understanding yourself or your situation

Practical tools you can use — real techniques for when anxiety spikes, when conflict erupts, when the old patterns start pulling
